This great new Premier Inn is well located and has an abundance of shops and places to eat around it. The staff are very well organised and extremely helpful. Since the building is relatively new the rooms are very nice with some little extra touches compared to some of the other Premier Inns I have stayed in. There is plenty of parking here too, so no need to worry about that.
Comfy beds and a great breakfast choice. Should get money off deals for the swimming and pictures around the corner would make for an even better stay.

Really good friendly restaurant, great food. The food is now cooked much quicker, when they opened it took a while, now its good. The chef's counter is different every night and is good value with the exception of Saturday. The Saturday chicken night is really good but expensive. One point, but not a fault, is that it is connect to a premier inn so that means the breakfast is £8.99 which is more than a stand alone brewers. This needs looking at, so i am removing a star, but this is a head office issue, the restaurant is perfect.
great food Christmas dinner is also good value

Beautiful walk from Richmond old station round the old railway path to Easby Abbey and following the river back round Easy going and wonderful views all round Recommended And you can always pop into the Richmond brewing company for a ice beer afterwards
I haven’t stayed here but I do work on the property, it’s got some lovely views and it’s a grand house

My husband and I stayed in the Aysgarth Room, which was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was outstanding and our whole stay was lovely. We would definitely recommend this little haven.
The B&B is in a great location right on the market square and the old building is full of character with sloping ceilings and floors. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was the only disappointment as the bacon was over cooked and leathery, the black pudding was over cooked and dry and tough. The plate was so hot that I guess that it was kept under a heat lamp while other items were cooked which is why the breakfast turned out as it did.

I stayed here during my coast to coat walk. A really nice place with great hosts. The rooms looked like they had been recently decorated and were in immaculate condition. The standard was similar to what you would expect from a 5 Star hotel. The breakfast were also really nice and had generous portions. The staff were very friendly and provided me with useful info on Richmond, including places to eat and things to do. Richmond is a lovely town and this was a great place to unwind and sleep after a long day walking.
Beautiful place to stay. Fantastic breakfast
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

We stayed at 30 frenchgate. Beautiful house. Great views. Lovely and clean. Nice welcome basket. Comfortable beds soft bedding and fluffy towels. House took a lot to keep warm. Only downside was we couldn't use hot tub until Sunday morning due to taking ages to heat up. We were leaving the same day. Would defo return

Very clean and friendly caravan park. Good play area for the children. My son spends most of the summer holidays here with his grand parents and loves it. Happy child = happy parent 😁
